    • Adds long-term property value.
  • Typical Concerns
    • Rising utility bills
    • Unexpected breakdowns
    • Indoor air quality & family health
    • Leaks/floods & water damage

  • Peace of Mind – 24/7 monitoring of critical systems.
  • Savings – Early detection avoids costly breakdowns.
  • Health – Monitors air and water quality.
  • Convenience – Single platform, trusted service link.
  • Future-Ready – Smart Home 2.0, not just a thermostat.

Step 1 – Build Trust

  • Be professional, respectful, and educational.
  • Share that Home Guardian is our own patented system — unique in the market.

Step 2 – Discover Needs

Ask open questions:

  • “Have you ever had a big repair bill surprise you?”
  • “Do you know your current home’s air quality?”
  • “Would you like to be alerted before a leak damages your home?”

Step 3 – Present the Solution

  • Show the homeowner the dashboard (tablet/phone demo).
  • Use before-and-after scenarios:
    • Without HG: “You only know there’s a leak after it’s ruined your ceiling.”
    • With HG: “You get a notification instantly and we’re on the way.”

Step 4 – Handle Objections

Common Objection Examples & Responses:

  • “It sounds expensive.” → “It usually pays for itself in the first avoided emergency repair.”
  • “I already have a smart thermostat.” → “That’s great, but this is your whole home, not just the HVAC.”
  • “I’ll think about it.” → “Of course. May I show you how other families nearby are using it right now?”

Step 5 – Close with Confidence

Use soft closes:

  • “Would you like the peace of mind of knowing your home is always being monitored?”
  • “We can set you up today — no hassle, and we handle everything.”
  • Intro Line:
“Along with servicing your system today, I want to show you something that could protect your whole home — it’s called Home Guardian.”
  • Demo Transition:
“Let me show you how it works — this is the dashboard where you’ll see everything in real time.”
  • Close Line:
“Most homeowners choose to add this for the security and savings it brings. Should we get yours installed today?”
  • Always lead with benefits, not features.
  • Use real homeowner stories (leak avoided, utility savings, peace of mind).
  • Keep it simple — avoid overwhelming with technical jargon.
  • Focus on trust — YOU are their expert.
  • Never pressure — educate and advise.
  • Be truthful about capabilities and costs.
  • Respect homeowner decisions.
  • Sales One-Sheet – Hand homeowners a simple brochure.
  • FAQ Guide – Be prepared for top 10 homeowner questions.
  • Internal Hotline – For quick answers if a customer asks something outside your knowledge.

Remember: Home Guardian isn’t just a product — it’s protection, peace of mind, and the future of smart home living. You’re not selling — you’re serving.
